Trade Compliance Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and validate commercial invoices to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with customs requirements
• Support the execution of return shipments and non-standard (ad hoc) shipments across global locations
• Ensure all shipping documentation aligns with regulatory and company standards
• Provide guidance on Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification, country of origin, and customs valuation
• Act as a subject matter expert on trade compliance topics for internal teams including legal, logistics, and tax

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a trade compliance, customs, or international logistics role
• Strong working knowledge of EU customs regulations, including classification (CN/HTS), customs valuation principles, and rules of origin
• Deep understanding of customs procedures, documentation, and regulatory requirements
• Communicative level of English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Polish customs requirements and procedures
• Ability to apply customs regulations in practical, business-focused scenarios
• Experience supporting returns processing and non-routine shipments
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across diverse stakeholders
