Trade Compliance Process & Data Expert

Responsibilities

• Formalize and optimize global trade compliance processes, including import, export, special procedures, duties, and FTA.
• Provide support and consulting services to internal stakeholders regarding trade compliance data and processes.
• Conduct training on processes and system-driven solutions to empower the internal community.
• Monitor and analyze Trade Compliance KPIs and act as a data quality control tower.
• Perform data stewardship and conduct root-cause analyses to drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Support large-scale projects that require expertise in trade compliance data management and process design.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in international Trade Compliance within a global environment.
• Strong knowledge of the supply chain and trade regulatory domain, including HS Commodity Codes and regulatory documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, including Xlookup and pivot tables.
• Fluency in French and full proficiency in English.
• Comfortable working with digital and IT systems; understanding of SAP or SAP GTS is a significant advantage.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis, Process Management, or Project Management.
• Proficiency in Italian and/or German.
