Trade Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end duty drawback process, including identification, calculation, preparation, and tracking of claims
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations and applicable trade laws
• Maintain accurate documentation and records to support drawback claims and audits
• Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, procurement, and operations to resolve data discrepancies
• Monitor claim statuses and respond to CBP requests or audit verifications
• Identify opportunities to maximize duty recovery and improve existing drawback processes
• Issue USMCA and other free trade agreement Certificates of Origin in compliance with regulations
• Review and release blocked orders and deliveries within the GTS system

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of experience in international logistics or trade compliance, OR an Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience in the same fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of USMCA and free trade agreements
• Experience working with GTS (Global Trade Services)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment and build professional relationships
