Trade Asset Syndication Lead - VP

Responsibilities

• Identify optimal avenues to syndicate trade asset risk and execute based on business needs
• Manage "originate-to-distribute" strategies, trade structuring, clubs, and syndication deals
• Provide timely feedback to origination teams regarding market pricing and appetite for trade assets
• Understand and negotiate legal documentation with investors, insurers, and multilaterals
• Align internally with country, product, and sales counterparts on specialized areas like Supplier & Receivable Finance
• Communicate underlying trade transactions clearly to investors
• Contribute to technology development for automated trade syndication processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or University degree (MBA preferred)
• 6+ years of relevant experience in Trade Product and/or Credit Risk
• Proven leadership ability on senior-level projects
• Strong track record of client-facing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task across all levels of the Trade organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management
• Deep understanding of defeasance avenues including distribution, insurance, and multilateral programs
