Trade and Partnership Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the trade channel P&L, hitting revenue and margin targets across retail, ecommerce, and distributor accounts
• Build and manage the trade sales pipeline from prospecting through to sustained reorders
• Manage relationships with pet specialty stores, retail chains, veterinary clinics, and grooming salons
• Negotiate listings, shelf space, planograms, and in-store positioning
• Win and manage online stockists including pure-play pet retailers and general marketplaces like Amazon.ae and Noon
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors within the UAE and priority international markets
• Lead international expansion groundwork, including product registration and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with marketing to execute co-marketing campaigns and in-store activations
• Provide demand forecasts to support production and inventory planning

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B, trade, wholesale sales, or distributor management (ideally in FMCG, pet, or food)
• Proven track record of opening new retail accounts and managing distributors
• Hands-on experience with both offline retail and ecommerce/marketplace channels
• UAE market experience is strongly preferred
• Experience launching products into new international markets, including registration and import processes
• Existing relationships within UAE veterinary, retail, or pet-industry channels
