Trade and Partnership Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the trade channel P&L, hitting revenue and margin targets across retail, ecommerce, and distributor accounts
• Build and manage the trade sales pipeline from prospecting through to sustained reorders
• Manage relationships with pet specialty stores, retail chains, veterinary clinics, and grooming salons
• Negotiate listings, shelf space, planograms, and in-store positioning
• Manage online stockists including Amazon.ae, Noon, and quick-commerce platforms
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors within the UAE and international markets
• Structure distributor agreements regarding territory, pricing, margins, and exclusivity
• Coordinate with marketing to execute co-marketing and promotional campaigns
• Provide demand forecasts to support production and inventory planning

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B, wholesale sales, key account management, or distributor management
• Proven track record in opening new retail accounts and managing distributors
• Hands-on experience with offline retail and ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.)
• Strong preference for candidates with UAE market experience
• Experience with international product launches, including regulatory and import requirements
• Existing relationships within UAE veterinary, retail, or pet-industry channels
• Proficiency with CRM tools and structured sales operations
