Trade Administrator, Solicitation

Responsibilities

• Manage the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) certificate solicitation process and ensure timely follow-up with client contacts to obtain necessary documentation.
• Review FTA certificates for accuracy and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
• Assist with compliance projects for major clients and support the Compliance team with administrative tasks.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
• Create reports and assist in drafting compliance processes and work instructions.
• Utilize client and organizational software to organize and manage workload effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically with strong Excel skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player.
• Intermediate keyboarding skills and a professional demeanor.
