Trade Activation Specialist (Fairs & Events)

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of internal meetings, conferences, and employee engagement events to reflect Red Bull's culture.
• Develop and execute Red Bull’s presence at key trade shows, including booth concept development and visitor journey design.
• Create activation plans for customer-facing events and sponsorship opportunities to strengthen brand relationships.
• Manage agencies, suppliers, and operational partners to ensure seamless event execution and high-quality brand experiences.
• Own budget planning, tracking, and optimization across all trade activation initiatives.
• Act as the primary interface between Global/Regional HQ and local stakeholders to translate global strategies into impactful local activations.
• Manage annual activation calendars, project timelines, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in planning and executing trade shows, customer events, and sponsorship activations.
• Extensive experience managing agencies, suppliers, and complex projects from briefing to execution.
• Strong project management capabilities, including budget ownership and timeline management.
• Strategic understanding of experiential marketing and brand activations.
• Ability to travel approximately 20-30%.
