Tractor Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely operate articulated or standard tractors with various attachments, such as fuel/water bowsers, trailers, and spreaders.
• Transport construction materials, rubble, or slurry in compliance with HGV regulations.
• Support ground crews through site maintenance, including grading and spreading materials with rear-mounted equipment.
• Conduct daily pre-shift safety checks, cleaning, and routine maintenance on tractors and attachments.
• Report any mechanical defects to supervisors immediately.
• Adhere strictly to site health and safety protocols, including PPE requirements and speed limits.

Requirements

• Valid CPCS card (A33 Agricultural Tractor).
• Clean driving license.
• HGV Class 1 qualification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a construction or civil engineering environment.
