Traction Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage project engineering activities to deliver Engineering Work Packages aligned with Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments
• Represent the engineering team within project core teams and manage interfaces with various stakeholders
• Define and ensure the application of the Engineering Management Plan
• Lead the project engineering core team functionally and drive risk mitigation strategies
• Provide regular reporting, performance analysis, and manage engineering savings action plans
• Approve product modifications as a member of the Change Control Board (CCB)
• Plan and execute necessary Design Reviews to ensure project milestones are met

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or High Voltage engineering
• 15–20 years of professional experience
• Deep understanding of traction products and engineering tasks
• Knowledge of Auxiliary Converter product development and project engineering management
• Proven experience managing engineering work packages
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
