TrackWise Managed Services Sr. Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for TrackWise, TrackWise Digital, and ComplianceWire platforms, including requirements gathering, solution design, and system configuration.
• Configure and administer quality management workflows such as CAPA, deviation management, change control, and audit management.
• Design and implement compliance training curricula and learning paths within ComplianceWire or equivalent LMS platforms.
• Develop integration solutions between quality/compliance platforms and upstream/downstream systems like ERP, LIMS, and document management.
• Create GxP validation artefacts, including functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and IQ/OQ/PQ test scripts.
• Manage and resolve L2/L3 ITSM tickets using ServiceNow and JIRA within agreed SLA timelines.
• Perform platform administration, including user access management, workflow updates, and root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents.
• Lead teams of consultants and analysts to drive delivery within quality and compliance workstreams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with TrackWise, TrackWise Digital, and ComplianceWire platforms.
• Proven experience configuring quality management workflows (CAPA, OOS/OOT investigations).
• Experience designing and implementing compliance training curricula.
• Experience developing GxP validation artefacts and traceability matrices.
• Experience managing L2/L3 ITSM tickets and performing platform administration.
• Degree in Computer Science (S/B.E, B.Tech, M.C.A., M.Sc) or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% on average.
