Tracking Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Track the load life cycle from shipment to delivery using phone calls and electronic tracking methods
• Communicate relevant freight updates to customers and internal carrier or operations teams
• Accurately document data entry for each unique shipment scenario
• Use critical thinking to escalate issues and provide visibility through load boards
• Investigate and assist in correcting unusual customer problems and order delays
• Issue payments for driver expenses when required

Requirements

• Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task and change focus quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in freight tracking or logistics operations
