Track Manager - Wireless Networking

Responsibilities

• Lead incident and problem resolution for complex network issues involving Cisco LAN/WAN, Wireless WLAN, and SDWAN technologies.
• Oversee network operations by monitoring and optimizing performance using Cisco Prime, DNA Center, and Meraki platforms.
• Architect and implement advanced network changes and upgrades using Cisco IOS, Catalyst, and Meraki solutions.
• Mentor and guide support teams in troubleshooting, escalation management, and the adoption of networking best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable network operations strategies.
• Drive process innovation by evaluating emerging Cisco and SDWAN technologies to enhance efficiency and security.
• Ensure robust documentation and transparent communication of network operations policies across teams.

Requirements

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Enterprise or CCNP Wireless is required.
• Excellent proficiency with Cisco SDWAN technologies and management platforms.
• Advanced skills in network monitoring, performance tuning, and incident management using Cisco tools (Prime, DNA Center, Meraki).
• Strong understanding of network security, routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), and wireless standards.
• Proven leadership experience in mentoring teams and driving network operations strategy.
• Expert ability to analyze complex network environments and implement innovative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cisco Certified Specialist – Enterprise SDWAN Implementation.
• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Enterprise Infrastructure.
