About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervision of field activities and contractor work
- Continuous monitoring of railway track execution
- Organization and permanent follow-up of temporary and permanent works
- Control of work implementation and verification of technical aspects
- Monitoring contractor activities including labor, equipment, and materials
- Support the Inspection Director with planning and cost control/measurements
- Participation in meetings with stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in railway works, specifically track work
- Solid knowledge of technical standards and railway sector regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Sense of responsibility, rigor, and teamwork
