Track Expert

Responsibilities

• Act proactively in all stages of project management and advisory to ensure correct integration of track system components
• Represent SGS before the Client and participating project entities
• Provide technical advisory to the Client and propose technical decisions
• Accompany or represent the Client in meetings with government entities, contractors, and supervisors
• Review executive track system projects in compliance with current regulations
• Advise the Client during acquisition, factory testing, supply, site testing, integration, and commissioning stages
• Monitor and control modifications to executive projects to ensure regulatory compliance
• Issue monthly activity and progress reports related to the track system
• Issue meeting minutes and attend meetings related to the track system

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in the construction or advisory of railway transport lines
• Specific experience in the design and construction of railway tracks
• University degree with professional license (Cédula Profesional) or equivalent
• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field
