Track Coach

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with coaches across the network to build a world-class athletics program
• Inspire a love for sport and encourage critical thinking through rigorous instruction
• Coordinate and lead family meetings
• Manage both administrative and coaching aspects of the position
• Develop and teach concepts such as teamwork, healthy lifestyles, and sportsmanship

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed before start date
• Experience coaching youth and/or collegiate teams
• Advanced understanding of Track and Field, Cross Country, and Long-distance running
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in person in New York City

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with K-12 grades in a school setting
