TPRM Ongoing Monitoring Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute ongoing monitoring activities including performance measurement, financial viability assessments, and SOC risk assessments
• Review daily news alerts from tools like World Check and Rapid Ratings, escalating potential negative news to business stakeholders
• Monitor the financial health of third-party suppliers and escalate risks to relevant Engagement Managers
• Work with Engagement Managers to ensure SOC CUEC attestations and performance management information are recorded in Archer
• Liaise with corporate Subject Matter Experts to review gaps and identify potential issues
• Provide MIS reporting, including analytics and trending for ongoing monitoring activities
• Participate in project management efforts focused on process automation and system enhancements

Requirements

• Post graduate degree in Finance or Risk Management
• 8+ years of work experience in financial services or large multinational companies
• Proven experience with third-party risk management programs, specifically in ongoing monitoring
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and reporting tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using the Archer/RSA platform
