TPO Project Planner

Responsibilities

• Implement and sustain maintenance, mechanical integrity, and reliability programs using RAGAGEP principles
• Ensure compliance with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) Mechanical Integrity requirements
• Maintain equipment design records, inspection records, and preventive maintenance programs
• Serve as equipment owner for fixed assets including vessels, piping, and pressure safety valves
• Review inspection results and develop engineering recommendations and corrective action plans
• Lead turnaround and outage planning activities including work scopes, schedules, and RFQs
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and maintenance personnel for project execution
• Support capital projects, procurement, and cost controls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, mechanical integrity, reliability, or plant engineering
• Strong knowledge of maintenance programs and inspection practices
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a PSM-covered manufacturing environment
• Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP, Maximo, or Oracle
