TPM Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategy to improve equipment reliability and uptime
• Oversee TPM pillars including Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Quality Maintenance, and Focused Improvement
• Establish maintenance goals, KPIs, and metrics such as OEE, MTTR, and MTBF
• Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance schedules with production teams
• Lead the TPM team through training, coaching, and workshops
• Manage the TPM budget, including spare parts inventory and external contractors
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing TPM initiatives
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Lean/Six Sigma certification
• Strong knowledge of TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics
• Experience with Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
