Town Planner - Environmental

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of planning projects across Ireland, focusing on infrastructure, environmental, and development planning
• Prepare planning applications, technical reports, planning strategies, and supporting documentation
• Provide expert planning advice to clients and multidisciplinary project teams
• Engage with planning authorities, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes
• Contribute to business development and project delivery within the Water and Energy sectors

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in town planning, environmental planning, infrastructure planning, or a related discipline
• Solid understanding of Irish planning legislation, policy, and development management processes
• Proven experience preparing planning applications and technical submissions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities
