About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize safety above all other considerations during all tasks
  • Perform tower work including rigging, hoisting, landing, fastening, and load hopping
  • Install equipment such as masts, antennas, RRUs, cabling, and supports
  • Execute coax, fiber, and hybrid cable installations per piping diagrams
  • Complete grounding, terminations, and cad-welding as required
  • Assist with the maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and tool inventory
  • Provide high-quality documentation, including labeling and photography

Requirements

  • Ability to climb and perform work at heights up to 400 feet for long periods
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and pull own body weight plus equipment up vertical towers
  • Ability to meet ANSI Z359 physical requirements for fall protection gear
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and job specifications
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and drug screenings
  • Willingness to travel out of market/state for up to several months at a time
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and unpredictable hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current OSHA 10hr certification
