Tower Hand Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee a crew of 2-4 tower hands
• Perform daily duties in a safe manner
• Maintain a professional working attitude with co-workers and customers
• Further industry knowledge on an ongoing basis
• Mentor less experienced co-workers to enhance the performance of the team
• Uphold quality workmanship surpassing industry standards
• Climb tall structures in excess of 300 feet in all weather conditions
• Follow all state and federal safety regulations including OSHA

Requirements

• 5+ years of climbing experience
• Experience running crews of 2-5 climbers
• Proficiency in line and antenna system installation, replacement, and maintenance
• Ability to travel 2-10 days at a time
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to pass drug screening, criminal background check, and driving background check
