Tower Foreman

Responsibilities

• Lead the erection, construction, and maintenance of communication tower sites
• Supervise tower crew personnel and ensure OSHA compliance
• Perform tower top work including rigging, hoisting, landing, and fastening
• Install up-top equipment such as masts, antennas, RRUs, and cabling
• Execute coax, fiber, and hybrid cable installations
• Complete grounding, terminations, and cadwelding as required
• Conduct daily Jobsite Hazard Assessments (JHA)
• Supervise up to 4 tower crew personnel

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Three years of experience in climbing towers, stacking, or rigging
• Ability to climb and work at heights up to 500 feet
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more and pull own body weight up vertical towers
• Valid driver's license
• Successful completion of Safety in Rigging/Competent Rigger coursework
• OSHA 10hr Training Certification (OSHA 30hr preferred)
• RF Awareness Certification
• Ability to travel 50-90% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Related trade school education
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• OSHA 30hr Training Certification
