Tow Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customer vehicles from pickup points to the branch
• Maintain accurate towing logs including vehicle info, locations, and special instructions
• Perform pre- and post-use inspections of the tow truck and equipment
• Execute general laborer tasks such as vehicle decontamination and tire disassembly
• Coordinate activities with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers
• Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 driver's license in good standing
• Clean driving record
• Knowledge of towing laws, regulations, and safety procedures
• Ability to maneuver a tow truck safely in various road and weather conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
