Touring Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead on-the-ground execution of outdoor Concert and Drone shows across multiple European cities
• Manage onsite production including load-in, rehearsals, show runs, and load-out
• Supervise local crews, vendors, and FOH teams to ensure high-quality execution
• Review technical drawings, site plans, and venue specifications for feasibility
• Build detailed production schedules and plan staffing and logistics
• Coordinate onsite inspections with fire marshals, electricians, and local officials
• Manage equipment inventories, maintenance, and transportation logistics
• Track expenses and manage budgets in collaboration with lead producers

Requirements

• 5+ years in touring production, technical direction, or live events
• Experience with outdoor events preferred
• Professional fluency in English; other European languages are a plus
• Strong understanding of lighting, power, sound, rigging, and safety
• Ability to interpret technical drawings into actionable onsite plans
• Ability to travel full-time during April-May and July-September
• Valid driver’s license; forklift or small truck experience is a plus
• Proven ability to lead teams in dynamic, high-pressure environments
