Touring Executive

Responsibilities

• Coordinate guide assignments, transfers, and tour logistics to ensure smooth daily operations
• Prepare tour documentation and maintain accurate operational information in Tourplan
• Liaise with internal teams, guides, drivers, and suppliers to deliver seamless tour execution
• Ensure itinerary details and operational arrangements are accurate before tour departure
• Provide operational support for customer enquiries, complaints, and unexpected incidents
• Resolve service issues promptly to maintain a high-quality customer experience
• Process guide payments and monitor cash advance settlements
• Review tour costs, resolve pricing discrepancies, and update costing in Tourplan
• Support tour profitability by ensuring accurate operational costing and budget control

Requirements

• Previous experience in tourism or DMC is an advantage
• Degree in tourism and hospitality is an advantage
• Fluent in national local language
• Intermediate to advanced level of written and spoken English
