Tour Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across owned, paid, and earned channels
• Track daily performance metrics including enquiries, bookings, and conversion rates to optimize ROI
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and campaign funding against established targets
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, partners, and tourism bodies
• Support stakeholder management and provide coverage for the Marketing Leader when required

Requirements

• 6+ years of marketing experience (travel or tourism industry experience is highly regarded)
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Experience managing and executing events, roadshows, and brand activations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with digital tools such as META, PowerBI, or GA4 is a plus
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a fast-paced environment
