About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution of marketing and publicity campaigns across multiple tours and markets
  • Coordinate press opportunities including interview requests, media appearances, and promotional events
  • Vet, schedule, and track media opportunities while maintaining communication with all stakeholders
  • Prepare and distribute confirmation memos, schedules, press materials, and campaign updates
  • Support the development of marketing, publicity, and audience engagement strategies
  • Assist with social media initiatives and compile press clippings and media coverage reports
  • Review artwork and marketing materials to ensure compliance with brand and style guidelines
  • Initiate creative requests in coordination with in-house production teams and outside vendors
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, venue personnel, and media contacts

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in publicity, communications, marketing, or live entertainment
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communications tools
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with clients, partners, or external stakeholders
  • Comfort using AI and emerging technology tools to support productivity and workflow efficiency
  • A genuine interest in building a career in touring Broadway or live entertainment
