Responsibilities

  • Lead museum tours lasting from 15 minutes to 3 hours
  • Engage and entertain guests, including groups of up to 50 people
  • Research cars and artifacts to maintain deep knowledge of the collection
  • Prepare tour strategies that fit within specific time constraints
  • Adjust tour content based on supervisor requests or temporary exhibits
  • Cooperate with security and staff to ensure guest safety and collection preservation
  • Train to interpret in galleries during shifts without scheduled tours
  • Adhere to all museum policies and uniform requirements

Requirements

  • Highly motivated, creative, and outgoing personality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn complex information quickly
  • Availability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to commit to a regular schedule and pick up additional shifts

Preferred Qualifications
