Tour Guide

Responsibilities

• Host premium distillery tours and tastings, providing brand education for guests
• Masterfully convey a deep understanding of Rabbit Hole Distillery’s bourbon products and the bourbon-making process
• Lead daily distillery tours and special events at The Overlook Bar
• Provide an optimal customer service experience and assist visitors with merchandise selection
• Maintain knowledge of safety protocols and bar/kitchen operations

Requirements

• High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, or marketing preferred)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with guests
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
• Ability to speak and interact with guests for a minimum of four hours per day
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event scheduling software (e.g., AnyRoad)
• Experience with billing software (e.g., Shopify)
• Previous knowledge of distilling and brand storytelling
