Tour Guide

Responsibilities

• Host premium distillery tours and tastings, providing high-level brand education to guests
• Masterfully convey a deep understanding of Rabbit Hole Distillery’s bourbon products and the bourbon-making process
• Lead daily distillery tours and special events at The Overlook Bar to ensure an optimal customer service experience
• Assist visitors with merchandise selection and act as an influential brand ambassador for our bourbon portfolio
• Maintain knowledge of safety protocols and distillery operations

Requirements

• High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, or marketing preferred)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with guests
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and interact with guests for a minimum of four hours per day

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event scheduling software (e.g., AnyRoad)
• Experience with billing software (e.g., Shopify)
• Previous knowledge of bar, kitchen, or distilling operations
