Total Rewards Specialist/Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for routine Compensation & Benefits inquiries from Business HR and Talent Acquisition.
• Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking to determine appropriate compensation grades.
• Build and maintain market composites using compensation benchmarking software.
• Manage annual compensation and benefits practice survey submissions for assigned regions.
• Create internal and external compensation offers for new hires, promotions, and lateral moves.
• Perform cyclical audits of compensation data within Workday.
• Lead analytical and operational support for Annual Rewards Planning, including data audits and system testing.
• Manage annual benefit policy and contract renewals for assigned business units.

Requirements

• Advanced understanding of Compensation & Benefits concepts and administration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
• Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proven ability to work autonomously or with limited support.
• Ability to deal comfortably with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders.
