About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for routine Compensation & Benefits inquiries from Business HR and Talent Acquisition.
- Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking to determine appropriate compensation grades.
- Build and maintain market composites using compensation benchmarking software.
- Manage annual compensation and benefits practice survey submissions for assigned regions.
- Create internal and external compensation offers for new hires, promotions, and lateral moves.
- Perform cyclical audits of compensation data within Workday.
- Lead analytical and operational support for Annual Rewards Planning, including data audits and system testing.
- Manage annual benefit policy and contract renewals for assigned business units.
Requirements
- Advanced understanding of Compensation & Benefits concepts and administration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to work autonomously or with limited support.
- Ability to deal comfortably with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders.
