Total Rewards Specialist (Benefits)

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day U.S. benefits administration processes, including enrollments, life events, and employee inquiries
• Process and monitor Workday benefits transactions to ensure accuracy and timely completion
• Support benefits and payroll reconciliation activities and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate interactions with benefits brokers and vendors across the U.S. and EMEA
• Provide operational support for EMEA benefits and rewards programs in partnership with internal stakeholders
• Administer global recognition and perks programs, such as Goose Awards
• Support Workday benefits integrations and region-specific configurations

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in benefits, HR operations, or total rewards administration
• Working knowledge of U.S. benefits administration
• Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and experience handling confidential employee data
• Clear communication skills with the ability to work across different regions and time zones
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
