Total Rewards Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support payroll and benefits administration with a focus on process consistency and documentation
• Perform data cleanup and validation across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and alignment
• Document current processes and create standard operating procedures, job aids, and process maps
• Support domestic relocation and mobility administration, including policy benchmarking
• Assist with the implementation of new vendors for HSA, FSA, and LSA programs
• Support the administration of employee share plans and insider tracking

Requirements

• Experience supporting payroll, benefits, HR operations, or related employee administration
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive, confidential information
• Proven ability to perform data audits, validation, and cleanup across multiple systems
• Experience documenting processes and creating clear standard procedures
• Strong Excel skills, including comfort with reports, files, and reconciliations
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with HRIS, payroll, and benefit administration systems
• Experience in process improvement, standardization, or operational project support
