About the role
Responsibilities
- Support monthly payroll processing, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Review employee financial transactions including allowances, overtime, incentives, and deductions
- Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate with external insurance vendors
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and rewards programs
- Prepare payroll, benefits, and workforce cost reports to analyze compensation data
- Support employee recognition, rewards, and engagement initiatives
- Monitor HR and rewards KPIs to provide insights for decision-making
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to HR system enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations
- Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law and payroll-related regulations
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration and payroll processes
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with accuracy and professionalism
