About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a rewards partner for the sales market, ensuring alignment with global total rewards strategy and operational relevance
- Lead the execution of rewards programs including compensation, benefits, and mobility at the sales market level
- Support the implementation and communication of pay structures and compensation principles
- Oversee annual rewards processes such as salary reviews, incentive planning, budgeting, and market benchmarking
- Drive consistency and compliance with global policies and local legal requirements
- Provide expert advice and training to people teams and senior leaders on complex compensation and benefits topics
- Analyze internal and external market data to maintain competitive and equitable pay practices
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits
- Proven experience working with senior people and business stakeholders
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking, advisory, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
