Total Rewards Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of total rewards programs including compensation, benefits, and rewards analytics
• Manage salary structures, incentive plans, wellness initiatives, and retirement benefits
• Conduct market benchmarking, compensation analysis, and internal equity reviews
• Oversee annual processes such as salary review cycles, bonus planning, and benefits renewals
• Design and maintain interactive Total Rewards dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Total Rewards data within the HRIS
• Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to manage costs and support strategic workforce planning
• Develop Total Rewards policies, guidelines, and governance standards
• Lead employee communication efforts regarding compensation and benefits
• Monitor market trends and labor regulations to recommend continuous improvements

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits, or related HR disciplines
• Demonstrated experience in compensation benchmarking, benefits design, and job evaluation
• Experience supporting organizations with at least 1,000 employees
• Advanced proficiency in HR analytics, data visualization, Power BI, and Excel
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compensation regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a BPO, Shared Services, or technology environment
• Experience in audit readiness and policy governance
• Professional certification such as Certified Total Rewards Specialist (CTRS)
