Responsibilities

• Define and maintain compensation bands across job architecture to ensure market alignment across functions and geographies
• Lead the annual compensation review cycle including benchmarking, calibration, and offer modelling
• Act as the expert on equity programs, including participation, vesting cycles, and performance connection
• Implement and evolve compensation frameworks in line with global strategy
• Conduct ongoing market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
• Partner with Finance on compensation planning, equity modelling, and reward analytics
• Collaborate with Legal to ensure compliance across all jurisdictions
• Build toolkits, templates, and policies to make reward decisions scalable
• Educate managers and employees on the company's reward philosophy

Requirements

• 7+ years in compensation or total rewards
• Experience in high-growth tech or scale-up environments
• Strong expertise in compensation banding and benchmarking
• Solid understanding of equity programs and plan structures
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into insights
• Proven track record of partnering with Finance and Legal departments
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex reward topics
