Total Rewards Global Process Owner

Responsibilities

• Proactively analyze business and user needs to develop complex information systems that meet requirements.
• Provide senior-level consulting to internal business groups on process improvement projects.
• Lead the design, testing, and implementation of new or enhanced business systems and software.
• Document existing systems logic challenges and implement revisions to address business issues.
• Monitor user experiences and feedback to drive enhancements in system productivity.
• Guide and advise less experienced crew members and participate in special projects.

Requirements

• Five years of related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience supporting HR or Total Rewards systems and processes.
• Strong background in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.
• Experience with system testing and implementations, including test case creation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three years of experience in business technology.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow.
• Graduate degree.
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits.
• Relevant professional certifications such as SHRM or Project Management.
