Total Rewards Expert

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement total rewards strategies and programs aligned with company objectives
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures and retirement benefits
• Conduct market competitive analysis and internal equity studies
• Manage annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and career architecture implementation
• Design and maintain interactive PowerBI dashboards for Total Rewards data visualization
• Act as the HRIS Subject Matter Expert for Total Rewards data
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with leadership to communicate total rewards topics to employees

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Analytics
• Proven experience in compensation benchmarking and benefits design
• Experience managing headcount of at least 1,000 employees
• Advanced proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Knowledge of PH labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Applied Math, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Total Rewards Specialist (CTRS)
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI PHR/SPHR
• Experience in BPO, Shared Services, or Tech industries
• Experience working in a matrixed environment
