About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement total rewards strategies and programs aligned with company objectives
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures and retirement benefits
- Conduct market competitive analysis and internal equity studies
- Manage annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and career architecture implementation
- Design and maintain interactive PowerBI dashboards for Total Rewards data visualization
- Act as the HRIS Subject Matter Expert for Total Rewards data
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with leadership to communicate total rewards topics to employees
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Analytics
- Proven experience in compensation benchmarking and benefits design
- Experience managing headcount of at least 1,000 employees
- Advanced proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Knowledge of PH labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Applied Math, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Total Rewards Specialist (CTRS)
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI PHR/SPHR
- Experience in BPO, Shared Services, or Tech industries
- Experience working in a matrixed environment
