Total Rewards Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Americas total rewards strategy aligned with organizational goals and talent retention.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership regarding compensation and benefits trends and opportunities.
• Lead job evaluation, market pricing, and regulatory monitoring to ensure competitive and compliant programs.
• Direct the strategy and administration of employee benefits, including health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to support workforce competitiveness.
• Manage and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team.
• Evaluate and negotiate with external vendors to optimize service delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of implementing total rewards strategies in complex, multi-location organizations.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Must reside in San Jose, CA (no relocation assistance provided).
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
