Responsibilities
- Develop tools, automations, templates, and frameworks to connect compensation, performance, and staffing
- Support strategic initiatives including people analytics, workforce planning, and pay equity
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured models and decision frameworks
- Redesign repetitive tasks using AI-enabled solutions
- Codify compensation philosophy and governance into scalable systems
- Contribute to the evolution of internal AI assistants through knowledge architecture and workflow integration
- Support budgeting, workforce modeling, and compensation forecasting
- Partner with People Partners, Talent Management, People Operations, Payroll, and FP&A
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in analytical, operational, consulting, or project management roles
- Proficiency in using AI tooling to automate workflows and improve productivity
- Strong analytical thinking combined with operational execution skills
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
- Experience with HR systems, spreadsheets, dashboards, and knowledge management tools
