Total Rewards & Analytics Partner

Responsibilities

• Develop tools, automations, templates, and frameworks to connect compensation, performance, and staffing
• Support strategic initiatives including people analytics, workforce planning, and pay equity
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured models and decision frameworks
• Redesign repetitive work using AI-enabled solutions
• Codify compensation philosophy and governance into scalable systems
• Contribute to the evolution of internal AI assistants through knowledge architecture and workflow integration
• Support budgeting, workforce modeling, and compensation forecasting
• Partner with People Partners, Talent Management, People Operations, Payroll, and FP&A

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in an analytical, operational, consulting, or project management role
• Proficiency with HR systems, spreadsheets, dashboards, and knowledge management tools
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Strong analytical thinking combined with operational execution
• Experience using AI tooling to improve productivity and automate workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Compensation, Workforce Planning, People Analytics, FP&A, or HR Technology
