About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to HR and business leaders regarding compensation inquiries and routine requests
- Manage benchmarking positions and perform job pricing analysis
- Support the design and implementation of compensation programs, including base salary and annual incentives
- Analyze global compensation programs to identify trends and ensure market competitiveness
- Prepare data analysis, reports, and presentation materials for leadership and HR stakeholders
- Participate in annual market compensation surveys, including data submission and validation
- Support the maintenance of job architecture, including job banding and evaluation frameworks
- Assist in the company-wide annual compensation review process and system testing
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business
- Minimum of 3 years of compensation or related Total Rewards experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with global HCM systems
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Proven time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
