Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reward reporting and dashboards covering compensation, equity, benefits, and mobility
• Support compensation benchmarking cycles by gathering market data and modeling scenarios
• Analyse equity data to track grant activity, vesting milestones, and programme performance
• Build and improve People operations processes to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy
• Support the administration of benefits programmes and coordinate with external vendors
• Support mobility programme operations, including documentation and third-party provider coordination
• Prepare materials for employee and manager communications regarding compensation and benefits

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a People, Reward, Finance, or Operations analyst role
• Experience in a high-growth or international environment
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with compensation frameworks, equity programmes, or benefits administration
• High attention to detail and experience handling sensitive, confidential data
• Process-builder mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Clear and confident communication skills for presenting data to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS or specialized reward tools
