About the role
Responsibilities
- Support biweekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Review and validate time and attendance records and resolve discrepancies
- Process payroll adjustments, manual payments, and reconciliations
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and life event updates
- Assist with open enrollment activities and employee benefits communications
- Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions
- Support new hire onboarding by coordinating payroll and benefits setup
- Assist with the organizational transition from Dayforce to ADP
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, or HR operations
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (Workday preferred; ADP or Dayforce is a plus)
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
