About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee monthly end-to-end payroll operations for assigned APAC countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for complex payroll, benefits, time & attendance, and compensation administration matters.
  • Coordinate annual compensation processes, including merit increases, incentives, and data validation.
  • Manage benefit program administration, including benchmarking, market survey reviews, and data analysis to support program optimization.
  • Monitor regulatory changes regarding payroll and statutory benefits to ensure operational compliance across the region.
  • Manage vendor performance, service quality, and process adherence to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives, such as process automation and simplification.
  • Resolve complex inquiries from employees and stakeholders through root-cause analysis and clear communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR operations experience.
  • At least 3 years of specialized experience in payroll, benefits, or compensation administration.
  • Proven experience supporting multi-country payroll and benefit operations within the APAC region.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare management-level reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a shared service or regional HR operating model.
  • Additional APAC language capabilities.
