Total Reward Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the development and monitoring of corporate compensation policies
• Perform salary analyses regarding market competitiveness and internal equity
• Manage incentive processes including bonuses, incentives, and competitions
• Oversee the annual Salary Review process
• Manage corporate benefit and welfare plans
• Support Job Evaluation and pay transparency activities
• Manage participation in salary surveys and collaborate with external partners
• Support the creation and implementation of Total Reward communication plans
• Draft and revise Total Reward procedures and manage ad hoc projects
• Provide guidance and consultancy to internal stakeholders such as HRBPs and Line Managers
• Collaborate with HR Administration & Payroll to ensure policies are correctly reflected in payroll

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of HR experience in Compensation & Benefit within medium to large companies
• Knowledge of market practices for compensation policies and benefit plans
• Knowledge of Job Evaluation methodologies
• Knowledge of current tax regulations regarding compensation, benefits, and pay transparency
• Knowledge of labor law and relevant CCNL
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
• Intermediate English language skills
