Total Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Protect brands by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Engage the organization to maintain high quality standards
• Monitor and drive continuous improvement of product quality and quality systems
• Oversee and improve the Food Safety Program
• Mentor and develop the Total Quality team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in food science, technology, or a related field
• 5 years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3 years of experience in a managerial capacity within manufacturing or quality
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience with regulatory inspectors such as AIB, BRC, OSHA, or Health Department
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in bakery or food/beverage manufacturing
• Extensive experience in Total Quality within consumer food production
