About the role
Responsibilities
- Maximize topline performance across franchised hotels
- Provide expert revenue guidance and actionable recommendations
- Identify performance gaps and influence franchisees to adopt the right revenue levers
- Build trusted relationships with franchise owners and coordinate with Revenue Management and Operations
- Monitor KPIs and ensure follow-through on commercial initiatives
Requirements
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- Deep understanding of commercial initiatives, brand standards, and client experience levers
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into clear action plans
- Fluent in English and French
